Yes — Girl Harmony is a native iPhone app, available now on the App Store.
Niddah mode is an optional feature for users who observe Jewish laws of family purity (hilchot niddah). When you enable it in Settings, the app tracks hefsek taharah, the shivah neki'im count, and mikvah dates, with the right counting logic for your selected custom (Sephardi, Ashkenazi, Yemenite, or Chabad).
If you don't observe niddah, leave it off, you'll never see it in the app. If you do, it lives in your Settings and Cycle screens only.
Niddah data is treated as religious data (GDPR Article 9 special category), never shared, never used for analytics, never visible to anyone but you.
On the free plan: your data lives on the device you log it on. Free accounts get cloud sync for the core cycle dataset (so you can recover after losing your phone), but multi-device live sync is a Premium feature.
On Premium: real-time sync across iOS, Android, and web. Open any device, and you pick up where you left off.
No. Girl Harmony is a cycle-tracking and wellness app, not a medical device. Predictions are statistical estimates, they will sometimes be wrong.
Don't use Girl Harmony as your only method of contraception or as the sole basis for fertility planning. For those decisions, talk to a clinician and consider FDA-cleared tools designed for that purpose.
Bestie's replies are AI-generated and are not medical advice. If something sounds clinically important, we'll suggest seeing a doctor, please listen.
