Magnesium hot chocolate

A five-minute hug in a mug. This is comfort and function in one, a warm drink built around magnesium and raw cacao for the days when cramps and low energy want softening.
Why it works for this phase
Raw cacao is naturally rich in magnesium, the mineral that helps ease muscle tension and cramping. Sipped before bed, the warmth and the magnesium together can take the edge off a rough menstrual evening.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp magnesium-rich raw cacao
- 1 tsp Girl Chocolate B6 and magnesium powder
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Method

Step 1
Warm the oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil.

Whisk in the cacao, supplement powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Blend with the date for 20 seconds for froth.

Sip slowly, ideally before bed.
