PMDD 30-Day Plan

30 days · 7 min/day · Dr. Tory Eisenlohr-Moul, PMDD researcher
Premium30 days

Tracked with the DRSP, doctor-co-designed.

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder is one of the most misunderstood conditions in menstrual health, often dismissed as simply a rough case of PMS. It is not. PMDD is a distinct, severe sensitivity to the normal hormonal shifts of the luteal phase, and it deserves a structured, evidence-based response. This 30-day plan provides exactly that.

What you will learn

The program begins where good PMDD care always does, with confirmation. You will track your symptoms daily across two cycles using the Daily Record of Severity of Problems, the gold-standard tool, so that the cyclical pattern is clear rather than guessed at. From there it walks through the landscape of options, including first-line treatments and other approaches spanning hormonal, lifestyle, and beyond, and finishes by helping you build a concrete plan for your hardest days.

Who it is for

This is for anyone who suspects that the depth of their premenstrual mood symptoms goes beyond ordinary PMS, and who wants a clear, methodical path toward answers. It is education designed to make your conversation with a clinician far more productive. It is not a substitute for that conversation, and any thoughts of self-harm are a reason to seek help right away.
