Cycle Literacy 101
7-day intro to your phases.
Most people reach adulthood knowing surprisingly little about how their own cycle works, not because they are not curious, but because no one ever sat them down and explained it. Cycle Literacy 101 is the explanation. Over seven short days, it builds a clear, jargon-free picture of the menstrual cycle from the ground up, so that the patterns in your body start to make sense.
What you will learn
The course walks through the four phases one at a time, starting with a plain-English map and then digging into what estrogen and progesterone are actually doing at each point. You will learn why ovulation is the pivot of the whole cycle, why the luteal phase feels so different from the rest of the month, and what counts as a normal period. By the end, you will be able to read your own signals, from cervical fluid to mood, with real confidence.
Who it is for
This one is for everyone, whether you are brand new to cycle tracking or you have logged for years without ever quite understanding the why behind the patterns. It is the foundation the rest of the library builds on. A few minutes a day for a week, and the language of your body stops being a mystery.
